Description
APW Wyott Gas Griddles feature a 3/4" griddle plate and a mechanical modulating valve/thermostat for maximum cooking control. 4 qt. grease trough accepts full-sized spatulas. Welded stainless and aluminized steel, construction and 4" adjustable legs. Griddle plate is continuously welded to base. Field convertible gas regulators.
