- Specially designed airflow system for effective temperature recovery and product preservation
- Evaporator fans on E-Series line disengage when door is opened to maximize efficiency (excludes bottom doors on half door units)
- External digital thermometer displays interior temperature
- Refrigerators maintain product temperature of 36° - 38° F with high humidity coil for optimum product preservation
- 6" heavy-duty casters included, two with brakes
