Description
Berkel Model 800E series slicers are entry level slicers for the customer who is on a limited budget but looking for solid slicing performance. They have anodized aluminum bases with our time proven hollow ground knife. Sharpeners are top mounted for easy sharpening. The permanent ring guard and removable center plate make clean up a breeze.

- Permanent, tapered knife ring guard covers nonslicing portion of knife even when the sharpener and center plate are removed; ring guard design provides more room behind the knife for easy cleaning
- Positive, moisture protected, on/off rocker switch
- Attached 6-foot, flexible, 3-wire cord and plug for grounded receptacle
