Berkel Model 800A series slicers are economy slicers for the customer who doesn't quite need to step up to the mid or professional series slicers. They have anodized aluminum bases with our time proven hollow ground knife. Sharpeners are top mounted for easy sharpening. The permanent ring guard and removable center plate make clean up a breeze. These slicers will slice a wider variety of products with ease and offer many years of dependable service.
