Used when cost is the overriding factor in selecting an air curtain. The ECP is a low profile air curtain that is constructed of painted steel. Where longer lengths are required multiple units mounted in tandem are utilized (for six foot doors, two 36" units would be used). Econo-Powers are equipped with unit mounted four position (high, medium, low, and off) selector switches as well as 7.5 foot cords that plug into 120 volt wall receptacles. All Econo-Power units will be shipped with a back plate for easy installation. The ECP is available in unheated versions only. This is an "off the shelf" unit that can be massproduced and sold at a lower cost with a faster lead time than that of a custom made air curtain.
